This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that these Petitioners have not been sent up for trial for commission of offences for which the husband and mother-in-law of the deceased had been sent up for trial.

In view of above, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew the prayer in case necessity so arises in future..
