This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 28.10.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the learned Court in seisin has rejected the bail application of the Petitioner on account of the stipulation regarding criminal antecedent. 4.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the I.A and the same is accordingly disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter, who shall consider the same afresh on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier order passed by this Court and the factum that the Petitioner does not have antecedent of similar nature be taken into account. 6.
