02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.
3. Even though the Petitioner has filed this writ Petition seeking direction on O.P. No. 2 to release his entire retiral benefits, this Court finds from Annexure-12 that the period of service from 06.05.2020 to 31.05.2021 has not yet been regularized due to nonsubmission of necessary application as directed vide order dtd.23.09.2021.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he will make necessary application in that regard within a period of two (2) weeks from today. It is observed that if any such application seeking regularization of the said period is made within the aforesaid time period, the Opp. Party No. 4 shall pass appropriate order on the same within a period of one month thereafter. After sanctioning of such leave, the pension papers of the Petitioner be
// 2 // forwarded and thereby enabling the Petitioner to get his retiral benefits.
5. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
