Heard Mr. Lalit Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Sahu, the petitioner is aggrieved by action of the authorities in excluding his name from the survey list of village-Khagasabahal in the district of Bolangir as a result of which he is being deprived of getting the benefits under the Rehabilitation & Resettlement Policy, 2006. He further submits that highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 29.03.2022 under Annexure-5 before the Project Director, L.S.I.P., Bolangir (Opposite Party No.5), which was duly acknowledged, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the opposite party no.5 to take a decision on the above noted representation within a specific time period. 3.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party no.5 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law within a period of three

// 2 // months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
