Petitioner alleges that there is attempt of eviction by the public authority without following due process of law. Considering the settled position not to evict even the encroacher without following due process of law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of observing that in the event the Petitioner is yet to be involved in any eviction proceeding, it shall not be evicted without following due process of law.
