This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No.124 of 2022 arising out of Kesinga P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 on the file of learned JMFC, Kesinga, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 379/341/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhawanipatna by order dated 29.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, the punishment prescribed and keeping in view the period of custody from 23.3.2022, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till conclusion of the trial. It is needless to say that violation of condition relating to

appearance shall entail cancellation of bail without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
