Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a Self Help Group (SHG). His client is interested in preparation and distribution under the ICDS project. His client made representation dated 8th June, 2022 to the Collector and District Magistrate (opposite party no.2). He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider his client's representation. 2.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will duly dealt with. Ms. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of private opposite party no.5. She submits, her client is the SHG, who is participating and supplying under the scheme. She opposes the petition.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's said representation dated 8th June, 2022. For the purpose said opposite

// 2 // party may require both petitioner and private opposite party to attend hearing with their documents. Thereupon decision is to be taken and informed to petitioner and private opposite party, within six weeks of communication.
