The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 193 of 2022 arising out of Bhuban P.S. Case No. 204 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Bhuban for the alleged commission of offence under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar, by order dated 20.6.2022, in Bail Application No.178 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of Charge-Sheet. The same shall be considered

on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus, stands disposed of. 8.
