1. The report of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Balasore has been perused. It states that the examination of the witnesses is expected to be completed by the end of the month of July, 2022.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioner is permitted to renew his application for bail in the first instance before the Trial Court after 31st July, 2022 irrespective of whether the examination of the witnesses is complete.
