1. The representation sent by the Petitioners by Speed Post shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Baliguda (Opposite Party No.3) and the Tahasildar, K.Nuagaon (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party Nos.5 and 6 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order be passed not later than 16th August, 2022 and the said order should be provided to the parties not later than 23rd August, 2022. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
