Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 580 of 2022 arising out of Puri Town P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Puri, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25/ 27 of the Arms Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Puri, by order dated 29.06.2022, in Bail Application No.308/781 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of Charge-Sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus, stands disposed of. 8.
