This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard Mr. Jugal Kishore Panda, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Bibekananda Bhuyan, learned Special Counsel appearing for the State of Odisha (OPID) Act matters.

In this appeal under section 13 of the OPID Act, the appellant Deba Prasad Mishra has challenged the order dated 28.06.2019 and 21.11.2019 of the learned Presiding Officer, Designated Court, OPID Act, Cuttack in C.T. No.15 of 2015 vide Annexure-4 in deciding to reframe the charge against the appellant for commission of offence under section 120-B of the

// 2 // Indian Penal Code.

It is stated by Mr. Jugal Kishore Panda, learned counsel that in the meantime, trial has commenced and several witnesses have been examined.

In view of the stage of trial, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of framing of charge. Accordingly, the CRLA stands dismissed.
