This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.704 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No.297 of 2022, offence under Sections 452/294/506/324/326/307/34 of IPC and is in custody since 31.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote by order dated 29.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the injured have recovered in the meanwhile and are leading normal life the petitioners may be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail inter alia on the ground that investigation is yet to be concluded. 7.

Taking note of the relationship between the present petitioners and the accused and considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the injured are attending to their daily chores, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the submission of charge sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
