This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.8474 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.07.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners but in 9th line of the paragraph-4 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written "verification of criminal antecedent". In fact, the petitioners have "more than two criminal antecedents of similar nature". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd and 4th line of paragraph7 of the order dated 28.07.2022 the words "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature" be inserted after the word "have", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the

// 2 // petitioners can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 9th of September, 2022. 6.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
