Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner as made in Annexure-6 though have been forwarded to Opp. party No.4 vide letter dated 19.4.2022, but till date no decision has been taken on the same. It is submitted that the petitioner has retired in the meantime. 4.

In view of the above, this Court directs Opp. party No.4 to take a final decision on the claim raised by the petitioner under Annexure-6 and forwarded under Annexure-6-B to the Writ Petition within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. It is observed that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
