This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Special Case No.13 of 2019, pending in the file of the learned Special Judge (FTSC) Bhadrak, arising out of Purunabazar, Bhadrak P.S. Case No.25 of 2019, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(2)(n)/506 of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (FTSC) Bhadrak, by order dated 18.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Notice is stated to have been served on 13.09.2022.There is no appearance on behalf of the informant/victim at the time of call.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and the manner in which the offence has been committed and keeping in view the medical examination report of the victim, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application of the petitioner. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
