1. Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the Petitioners have made a representation to the Bhubaneswar Development Authority on 27th October, 2017 seeking to settle all the disputes and outstanding dues and seek renewal of the agreement in question.

2. A direction is issued to the Bhubaneswar Development Authority to dispose of the said representation after hearing the Petitioner, and a reasoned order be passed thereon or before 10th October, 2022. The said order be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 17th October, 2022. Till then the interim order passed by this Court earlier shall continue.
