1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, ten prosecution witnesses out of twenty one have already been examined and the trial is going on a fast pace and is likely to be completed in the next three to four months.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner shall remain in custody till the completion of the trial and may approach this court afresh after four months.
