The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- " issue notice to the opp. parties and call for the records and further direct the Opp. Party No.2(The Director of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Service) to pass a speaking order to consider the represented dated 21.3.2022 of the petitioner vide Annexure-12 within a stipulated time as your Lordship may deem fit and proper."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance
