Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Order No.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file revision. For Petitioners bonafidely approaching this Court having efficacious remedy, petitioners are provided four weeks time to file revision before the competent authority. In the event revision is filed along with an application for condonation of delay and an application for interim protection, the revision shall be considered on its own merit on condonation of delay. Till a decision is taken in the interim application, there shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
