The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard Mr.Sarangi, learned Senior Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Respondents. 3.

It is seen that this Court by order dated 20th October, 2022 has though determined the modified compensation amount at Rs.36,52,328/-, but inadvertently forget to add interest thereon. 4.

Upon hearing both parties, order dated 20th October, 2022 is modified to the extent by inserting Paragraph No. 10(a) as follows:- 10(a). "the Insurer-Appellant is accordingly directed to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.36,52,328/- along with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of claim application i.e. 17th June 2014, which shall be disbursed in favour

At this stage, Mr.Sarangi, learned Senior Advocate for Appellant-Insurer submits that the amount of Rs.36,52,328/- has already been deposited by the Insurer in the meantime before the Tribunal. Accordingly, the Insurer is directed to deposit the interest amount payable on the same within a period of two months from today.
