Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that though the State Authorities have filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 10.08.2016 passed in O.A. No. 1813 (C) of 2014, however the said order passed by the Tribunal has already been modified by this Court at the instance of the Opposite Party vide order dated 30.07.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 9552 of 2017.
