This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this CMP seeks for a direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur Road to dispose of CS No.203 of 2006/286 of 2007 at an early date.

On perusal of order sheets of the suit annexed to the CMP as Annexure-4 series, it appears that the matter was posted to 7th March, 2022 for payment of cost and acceptance of written statement. Thus, it appears that the suit is not ready for hearing. Hence, the prayer sought for in this CMP cannot be granted at this stage. However, the Petitioner may move the learned trial Court for early disposal of the suit. 4.

The CMP is disposed of accordingly.
