This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. (NDPS) Case No. 8 of 2022 corresponding to P.R. wNo. 21 of 2022-23, pending on the file of the learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Angul for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Angul by order dated 17.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 6.

The petitioners are at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of Charge-Sheet. The same shall be considered

on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus, stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
