Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this bail application to renew his prayer before the court below.

It is needless to say that, such prayer shall be considered on its own merit by the learned court in seisin over the matter without being influenced by withdrawal of the present bail application.

It shall be open to the Petitioner to canvas all the grounds available to him including release of the co-accused. 6.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
