Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of submission, there is clear admission by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the dispute involving production of Birth Certificate is still pending consideration of the Regional Passport Officer. In the meantime, the Petitioner has also provided all such documents.

Considering the case is still pending before the Competent Authority, this Court is inclined to interfere in such matter at this stage, as any observation herein may ultimately prejudice the fate of either of the Parties. Since the Proceeding is still pending, the Petitioner is permitted to provide all his supporting to strengthen his claim for consideration of the Regional Passport Authority. 4.
