This I.A. has been filed for extension and modification of the order.

Through the interim application, Petitioner has shown medical issue involving the family members becoming an impediment in filing Appeal within stipulated time. Considering there is serious inconvenience with the Petitioner, this Court allows the Petitioner to file Appeal within ten days hence. Interim protection granted will also be extended for further six weeks.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
