This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.130 of 2022, pending in the file of learned JMFC, Badamba arising out of Baramba P.S. Case No.137 of 2022, offence under Sections 341/294/323/307/506 & 34 of IPC read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and is in custody since 23.05.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Athagarh by order dated 18.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of instructions submits that the injuries have been categorized as simple.

Taking into account that charge sheet has been filed on 12.07.2022 and period of custody, this Court direct the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
