Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the opposite parties to continuity the disengagement period of the applicant i.e. from 28.03.2003 to 21.07.2012 with back wages and all financial benefit including promotion and all other benefit which has been granted to his counterpart employees for the interest of justice.

(ii) And further to direct the opp. parties to continuity the disengagement period and grant benefits i.e. back wages and al financial benefit including promotion and all other benefit which has been granted to his counterpart employees on the light of decision dtd. 19.04.2022 of this Hon'ble Court in the case of Madan Chandra Nayak - versus-State of Odisha, W.P.(C) NO.6277 of 2014, and batch".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before

// 2 // the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
