The Petitioner files the Writ Petition challenging eviction of the Petitioner from the land involved without following re-course of law. 3.

This Court recording the statement of the Petitioner that he has never been involved in any encroachment proceeding, observes, in the event of no eviction or encroachment proceeding involving the Petitioner, there should not be eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed site indicated herein without following due process of law. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
