Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.138 of 2020, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C. Kabisuryanagar, arising out of Kabisuryanagar P.S. Case No.139 of 2022, under Sections 376(2)(n) of IPC and is in custody since 10.05.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kodala by order dated 27.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner and that the charge sheet has already been filed on 16.06.2022 and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on

such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
