The writ petition is challenge to order dated 5th January, 2022 made under section 33C(2) in Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner (management) and submits, award dated 7th June, 2012, giving rise to purported entitlement of the workman, stands set aside this day in his client's connected WP(C) no.11054 of 2013. In the circumstances, the basis of entitlement, for finding in favour of the workman in the proceeding, stands removed.

Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of the workman (opposite party no.2).

Impugned order dated 5th January, 2022 was made pursuant to award dated 7th June, 2012, the latter set aside as

aforesaid. Action, consequent to said impugned award is, therefore, also set aside.
