This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

"It is therefore, humbly prayed that under the above circumstances, the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the opp. parties to show cause and if the opp. parties fail to file show cause or file the insufficient cause on perusal of cause shown and hearing the parties, move the said rule absolute and be further pleased to: 1.

Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ or order directing the opp. parties to make necessary payment of final bills in favour of the petitioner basing upon an agreement bearing No.1318-PI/2013-14 and 1665-PI/2013/14 the work order for construction of workshop building for Govt. Polytech at Phulbani) balance work) and for construction of conference hall with attached guest room of District Employment Exchange office at Phulbani under the Phulbani (R & B) Division in the district of kandhamal pursuance to work order issued in favour of the petitioner under Anneure-1 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court; And/or any other pass any other order/orders, direction/directions may be issued to as to give complete relief to the petitioner; And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

Annexure-2 on the self same issue since pending before the Executive Engineer, Phulbani (R & B) Division.-opposite party no.4, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.4 to look into the request of the petitioner and pass order, as appropriate, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
