Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

Through Annexure-1, it is claimed that there has been provisional allotment of the land involved therein. Through Annexure-3, it has been established that there has been symbolic delivery of possession. For there is no actual delivery of petitioner, petitioner brought this writ petition seeking a direction to the Bhubaneswar Development Authority for working out the actual delivery of possession of the disputed land to the petitioner. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party nos.1 and 3 to work out the desired action in terms of Annexure-1 and 3 within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
