This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.5943 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, arising out of Airfield P.S. Case No.222 of 2019, for offences under Sections 419/420/406/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 30.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that to prove his bonafide notwithstanding the pendency of the matter and without prejudice to his rights, the petitioner has arranged a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees four lakhs) and a draft of the said amount has been handed over to the learned counsel for the informant in Court.

Memo evidencing the same filed in Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, with endorsement of the learned counsel for the informant, is taken on record.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations and the conduct of the petitioner during the pendency of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till conclusion of trial. 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
