The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 4th July, 2022 passed by the Estate Officer, G.A. and P.G. Department, Bhubaneswar in O.P.P. Case No.140 of 2022 directing him to vacate Qrs. No. 35/4, Type-IVB, Unit-III, Bhubaneswar within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the said order.

Since the impugned order is appealable one, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal assailing the order impugned herein.
