Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ / writs or order / orders shall not be issued to them for quashing the order dtd. 5.2.2021 (Annexure-2) dismissing the petitioner from his service as illegal and void and be further pleased to reinstate the petitioner in his service thereafter forthwith all consequential benefits and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said Rule absolute".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed representation at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been
// 2 // done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
