Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.20 of 2021(T), pending in the file of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge (FTSC) Malkangiri, arising out of Chitrakonda P.S. Case No.57 of 2021, under Sections 366/376(2)(n)/376(3) of IPC read with Section 6(1) of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, (FTSC) by order dated 08.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the objection filed by the informant. 6.

Considering the164 Cr.P.C. statement and the period of custody and keeping in view that the victim has already been

examined in the meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
