Ms. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her client is widow of a person, who died due to COVID-19. She sought financial assistance from the administration by representation dated 18th May, 2022 addressed to opposite party no.3. She hands up a copy of the representation on submission that it was inadvertently not annexed to the petition. She also hands over a copy to Mr. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State, with assurance that copy of the writ petition will be served in course of the day. Mr. Das submits, the representation will be duly considered. 2.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with representation dated 18th May, 2022. Said opposite party will inform

petitioner about decision taken within three weeks of communication. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
