This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer Guardian Misc. Case No.22 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar on the ground of personal inconvenience.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the sole opposite party.

On the consent of the learned counsel for both parties, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that Guardian Misc. Case No.2 2of 2021 pending on the file of

// 2 // the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore be transferred to the court of the Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
