2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the Opp. Parties to call for the records and after hearing both the parties this Hon'ble Court may direct the Opp. Parties to consider the petitioner as O.A.S. post since his date of joining in OATS post with all financial benefit entry in gradation list on that year, excluding from all training which were given to OAS officer during the year from 2017 to till date."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this orderand communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
