Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the Opp.Party No.3 to release the leave salary and unutilized in pursuance to office order dtd. 18.04.2011 within forthwith.
(ii) And further may kindly direct the O.P. No.2 and 3 to take step and dispose of the representation within a stipulated period in connection with payment of pension of deceased husband of the petitioner taking into account the period of service during the NMR period for interest of justice".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 11.06.2009 at Annexure-4-Series to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing
// 2 // has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
