3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Parties to call for records and after hearing both the parties this Hon'ble Court may direct to Opp. Parties to regularize the petitioner's service as Asst.

Secretary/ daily Wages of Khari PACS or in any other service under the cooperative Department in the interest of justice."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.5 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.5 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
