Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue notice to O.Ps to file show cause as to why the regular pension including all the service benefit shall not be disbursed in favour of the petitioner counting from the date of her joining i.e. 13.01.1994 if the O.P.s failed to show cuase or show insufficient cause, the Rule NISI issued may be made absolute. (ii) And, further may kindly direct the O.P. No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in connection with updating the pension paper considering the period of service working as on DLR basis within a stipulated period for interest of justice". 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 30.06.2018 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the

// 2 // opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
