Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is accused in Jeypore Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.619 of 2022, pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore, for alleged commission of offences under Section 376(2)(n) of the IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Koraput, Jeypore, by order dated 12.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Learned counsel for the State and informant opposes the prayer for bail.

Taking into account the filing of charge-sheet and the tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
