Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1182 of 2021 on the file of learned ADJ-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Angul registered under Sections 363/376(2)(n)/376(3)/294/506, I.P.C. read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the submissions and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.
