This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 23rd December, 2016 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.173 of 2014 filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that although the matter was filed on 17th March, 2017, but till 2022 no step was taken to get the matter considered by the Court. On last occasion i.e. on 26th April, 2022 when the matter was listed, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner has lost her interest in pursuing the matter. 5.
