Through the writ petition, it is alleged that even though Demarcation Misc. Case No.81 of 2021 has been entertained since July, 2021, there is no finality to the same. Considering the long delay, the authority concerned is directed to conclude the Demarcation Misc. Case No.81 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected. 3.
