This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused the letter dated 13.07.2023 of Additional District Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Puri, placed before this Court by the Registry.

On perusal of the said letter, it appears that the learned court in seisin over the matter sought for two months time to conclude the trial.

Considering the prayer, this Court grants further two months' time to conclude the trial.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned court in seisin over the matter.
