Heard Mr. K.C. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Mr. Mohanty submits that if the petitioner has any grievance against the legal heir certificate issued at Annexure-1, she should have filed an appeal before the appropriate form instead of rushing to this Court.

In such background, Mr. Sahoo wants to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
